We build courses for organisations
Companies and institutions across Europe, Africa and Asia come to us with deep expertise and no way to teach it at scale. We turn that expertise into modern online training — instructional design, scripting, production and assessment, end to end.
We run our own academy
We also teach directly. The SkillTeam Academy offers courses to learners in maritime and logistics, hospitality, health and safety, and education — with a free introduction course in every sector so you can judge the teaching before you pay for it.

We are a small, focused team that believes in doing a few things exceptionally well. Our production team in Vietnam combines instructional design, subject expertise and modern AI-assisted tooling to build courses faster, and to a higher standard, than traditional methods allow.
We work closely with subject-matter experts and industry partners so that every course is accurate, current, and genuinely useful to the person taking it.
