They are short and dense on purpose. Most take between 45 minutes and two hours to read. The worksheets take considerably longer if you do them properly on your own situation, and that is where most of the value sits.

Mostly no, and that is deliberate. Video is slow to skim, hard to search, expensive to keep current and painful on a patchy mobile connection. Written material can be reread in thirty seconds two years later when you actually need it.

Because working in English is usually the point. Almost every course exists to prepare you for a university, an employer or a team that operates in English, and reading the material in Vietnamese would remove the practice you came for.

The English is written to be clear rather than clever, and none of it assumes an academic vocabulary. If you can read a university application form, you can read these.

Hard enough to mean something. They use eight different question formats, including written answers and sorting exercises, not just multiple choice. Several courses include questions where you write about your own plans rather than recall a fact.

You can retake a quiz as many times as you need. Nothing is scored against other learners and nothing is timed.

No. Nothing is scheduled, nothing expires and nothing penalises you for stopping. Start a course, disappear for a year, come back to the exact lesson you left.

Finish the course and pass its quizzes. The certificate is issued automatically, in your name, with the completion date, and you can download it as a PDF from your dashboard at any time afterwards.

Be clear-eyed about this. SkillTeam certificates are not an accredited academic qualification and no university will grant you credit for one. What they are is evidence that you did structured preparation on your own initiative.

That is worth real something in a CV, an interview or a personal statement, and worth nothing if you claim it is more than it is. Present it as what it is and it works in your favour.

The corporate courses include exercises intended to be completed together — the team communication charter, for instance, only works if the whole team agrees to it, and a manager doing it alone can fix their own habits but not the team’s defaults.

It depends on the listing. Most send you to the organisation’s own application process, in which case we are simply pointing you at it. Where a listing asks you to apply through us, we pass your application to that organisation and to nobody else — we do not build a candidate database and we do not sell applicant details.
