Questions

Is this about improving my English?

No. It assumes your English already works. The gap this course addresses is not vocabulary or grammar - it is register, directness and structure, which is why people with excellent English still get read as uncertain in international meetings.

Does it ask me to communicate like a Westerner?

The opposite. Module 3 is entirely about what Vietnamese communication culture provides that is genuinely rare on international teams, and how to make it visible rather than invisible. The adaptation is targeted: five specific gaps, not a personality.

We want to run this for a whole team. Does that work?

It is built for it. The team charter in Module 3 is designed to be completed together, and the meeting structure changes only work if the whole team agrees to them. A manager doing this alone can fix their own habits but not the team's defaults.

What is the Lewis Model?

A framework that sorts communication cultures into Linear-Active, Multi-Active and Reactive. It is used here as a working diagnostic rather than theory - you apply it to a named counterpart in Module 1 and keep using it through the negotiation lesson.

How long does it take?

About 75 minutes to read. The five worksheets take considerably longer if you do them on your real situation, which is where most of the value is.
