Presentation Skills & Executive Communication

In Vietnamese corporate settings the deck is the presentation and you explain it. Internationally, you are the presentation and the deck supports you. This course covers the adaptations that move a technically excellent professional from thorough to compelling.

Presentation Skills & Executive Communication

An international audience decides whether you have authority within sixty seconds. This course is about what they are reading, and how to give them the right answer.

A professional presenting to senior stakeholders

What you will be able to do

  • Open any presentation with the recommendation instead of the run-up, and never with an apology
  • Structure a pitch, an update or a conference talk on the Pyramid Principle: answer, arguments, evidence
  • Write action titles so your argument is followable from slide titles alone
  • Apply the so-what test and move supporting analysis into an appendix
  • Answer a hostile challenge by naming the assumption, showing its sensitivity, and asking what concerns them
  • Run the six-step sequence from defining the decision to rehearsing for presence

Who this is for

  • Vietnamese professionals presenting to international clients, boards or conference audiences
  • Technically excellent specialists whose presentations are called thorough but hard to follow
  • Managers who present options when the room wanted a recommendation
This is not for you if you want help with slide aesthetics or English pronunciation. This is about structure, authority and the Q&A - the things that decide whether the room believes you.

What is included

  • 4 modules covering credibility, structure and deck design, delivery and Q&A, and the full preparation sequence
  • 4 graded quizzes across six formats, weighted toward judgment calls in a real room
  • 4 downloadable worksheets: communication audit, pyramid worksheet, boardroom simulation, development roadmap
  • Written workshops applied to presentations you are actually delivering
  • Certificate of completion

Questions

Is this only for Vietnamese professionals?
It is written from that starting point - the specific habits that read as competence at home and as absence abroad. The principles themselves are the international standard and apply to anyone.
Do I need presentation experience already?
Yes, ideally. The written exercises ask you to audit a presentation you actually delivered and restructure one you are currently preparing. Hypothetical material will not surface the problems.
Does it cover slide design software?
No. It covers what belongs on a slide and why - action titles, the so-what test, the three-second rule, the appendix strategy. Not how to operate PowerPoint.
Can this be delivered to a whole team?
The content works for teams and the worksheets are built for individual use. Team licensing and manager progress views are not available yet.
